Registered Nurse — Med/Surg

Position summary

Meridian's Med/Surg unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care for adult medical and post-surgical patients. You'll work alongside a collaborative care team in a Magnet-recognized hospital known for its low nurse-to-patient ratios.

Responsibilities

• + Deliver evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients
• + Coordinate with physicians and allied health staff
• + Document care accurately in the EHR
• + Educate patients and families on discharge planning

Requirements

• + Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
• + BSN preferred, ADN considered with experience
• + BLS and ACLS certification
• + 1+ year of Med/Surg experience preferred

Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating days/nights with every third weekend required.
